Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping cartons with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label depending on the item size.
Inspection and Refund
